Baby Sleep Class
This two hour in-person class focuses on understanding newborn and infant sleep for the first year of life. This prenatal class is geared towards new parents, grandparents or caregivers who are looking to understand infant sleep from a developmental, social and biological perspective. This class covers many topics, including:
Biological norms for caregiving and sleep
How to bridge parental and infant sleeps needs
How to choose the sleep strategies that work best for your family
Navigating various sleep methods and tools
Setting expectations for infant sleep
Registration is for 2 people
Class is limited to 4 pairs
This class will be held in-person at The Birth Center of Chicago, 3832 N Lincoln Ave, Chicago, IL 60613.
