Our Acupuncture Clinic will be starting Thursday, January 18th with appointments running between 10am-5pm.
Acupuncture services will take place only on Thursdays. -
The acupuncture services are being offered through Backstrom Acupuncture. Dr. Hona Backstrom DACM, MSTOM, LAc is a doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, and a board certified acupuncturist and herbalist.

About
Hona Backstrom
Hona Backstrom is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine. She specializes in birth and labor preparation, treating low back pain, stress and anxiety. She has additional training in Orthopedic Acupuncture (the original and more specific version of dry needling) and has studied extensively treating sciatica, low back pain and neck pain. Her treatment style is consent driven and trauma informed.
Having given birth to her second son at the Birth Center of Chicago, she is elated to be here supporting others on their journey.

60 min Return Acupuncture Treatments
Backstrom Acupuncture is in-network with BCBS PPO and United Healthcare insurances. All questions about using insurance for your acupuncture care can be directed to Dr. Hona Backstrom.
